Of course Inko has felt it.

She was home when it happened, so she hurried to get to the hospital.

She knows her son is awake, she is just getting there by normal human means, because despite her happiness and enthusiasm the idea of traveling through the dream horizon doesn't seem really appealing for many reasons, including:

she hopes to not have to use the dragon form in this world again, unless for emergency, because it is THAT much painful and difficult for her.

triggering a nationwide alarm by jumping out of a portal in dragon form in front of the hospital where so many heroes wounded during the last fight are recovering may not be an intelligent move AT ALL.

She also feels something, someone else is awakening, when she arrives at the hospital.

She smiles to herself, relieved to feel her presence.

But first, her son!

"Izuku!"

She flings his door open and throws herself on his son, in front of class 1A sympathetic smiles.

"Mom!" Izuku laughs with joy.

"Young man, you better not worry me again like that, understood?"

"Yes mum, I will be more careful..." He answers, sheepishly smiling under her stern gaze.

Then she turns to Katsuki, and her look softens while she politely bows to him. " I can't thank you enough for bringing him back, Katsuki-kun. I also called your mum to tell her the good news. She and your dad will be here soon." Katsuki stares dumbfounded at her, and can only bow in response, because he's ashamed of how he treated Izuku and... "Honestly Mrs. Midoriya, you shouldn't give me that much credit... Izuku was the one who told me what to do."

A gentle hand lands on his shoulder, squeezing it lightly. "Don't talk yourself down, Kacchan!" he hears, as he lifts his head to see Izuku smiling at him, while his mother has shifted to the side to let him come nearer Katsuki. "You were amazing as always!"

"Oh, I was wondering how long it would took for Izu-kun to start cheering on that brat of my son again!" the joyful and loud voice of Mitsuki Bakugou booms in the room as she stands on the door looking at the 2 fondly.

The flusteredness of Katsuki is not something the rest of the class has had the privilege to assist, but trust an old author, they are loving every second of it.

Would you look at that? That boy got a soft spot for praise, especially if it comes from certain people. "Some" meaning particularly Izuku.

As laughs and lightness in the hearts accompany the rest of the day, they all together chat happily, time no more an issue, until a knock on the door is heard, and Toshinori enters the room while supporting a finally awake, although still wounded, Irlin.

"Mistarin Sensei, you are awake!" Some students shouts, hurring to try and help the elf, who is smiling.

"Toshinori told me about the final outcome of the battle. I am proud of all of you, children." She says tenderly. Then she tenses a bit. Those wounds still stings. She takes a deep breath to stand as straight as possible on her feet. She doesn't seem amused when she looks at Izuku, who is sweating bullets.

"However I wasn't so happy to know that the dragon whelp acted so reckless. I have to thank you, fire's son. You truly have done a miracle today." She says, and Bakugou finds it difficult to hold her serious gaze. He can feel his hand being squeezed by Izuku and for once he wishes the eyes of the others weren't on him.
