A day after Tsukasa had left for France, Tsuki's gaze had gone blank, dark bags under her eyes from not sleeping when she felt her phone buzz, signaling a notification. Tsuki rubbed her eyes as she picked up the phone, the phone feeling slightly more heavy than usual. It was a message from Tsukasa, a lengthy one at that.

Tsuki.... did you sleep alright? I'm really worried you might've cried all night... Since I met you for the first time in high school, I've always liked you and I've loved you so much since then... After meeting you, I've changed for the better.

It's because of you, my cooking, my family.. everything in my life got better. You really were a big source of strength in my life and made me who I am today. You really are an angel... my light I wanted to protect... but I feel like I couldn't give you the same support... Even though you always waited for me, were patient with me and treated me with kindness...

I'm sorry... I didn't know you were having all of these thoughts and keeping them to yourself. I'm afraid I'll always be remembered as the pathetic person I was back in the Team Shokugeki, passive.... and could never do anything for his own girlfriend.

I'm truly sorry... that I was unable to notice your feelings about our relationship.

Tsuki had teary eyes as she started crying in her bed, locking her phone...  Tsuki closed her eyes as she felt herself drifting away to sleep.

The seasons had started to change, as it was soon approaching late January.Tsuki opened before she looked at the clock to find that it was already 9 am. "Huh...? When did it turn 9 am...?" Tsuki muttered to herself.

Asahi knocked on Tsuki's door before he opened the door.

"Tsuki aren't you up yet? Blake and Aoi are going to be coming by soon." Asahi said as Tsuki sat up, with her hair over her face as she looked up to Asahi. "I thought it was your turn to make breakfast. But I thought you were still tired so I already made breakfast downstairs."

"Yeah... I'll be down there in a minute..." Tsuki said as she tried to get out of bed before slipping and falling onto the ground making Asahi worried and running to the ice bluenette.

"Tsuki!? Are you alright?" Asahi asked as Tsuki's hair fell away from her face, making it visible that Tsuki's cheeks were flushed, one that he assumed was from embarrassment and flustered.

"S-sorry... I-I just slipped..." Tsuki said, listlessly as she got to her feet. "I'm fine..." Tsuki smiled as she saluted. "I'll be down there soon!"

"A-alright... I'll wait for you downstairs then." Asahi didn't believe Tsuki as he left her room to give her privacy.

Tsuki just changed out of her pajamas before she went down to the restaurant of Yukihira to find Blake and Aoi eating breakfast already. "Tsuki, good morning!" Aoi greeted.

"Tsuki-senpai, nice to see you!" Blake greeted.

Asahi took a look at Tsuki to see that she looked like a mess, her hair was sticking up in some places and she still looked like she was in a daze and her face was slightly flushed. "Tsuki are you alright?" Asahi asked as Tsuki nodded her head.

"Yeah I'm fine..." Tsuki said, sitting down at the table and yawning. Asahi noticed that Tsuki's cheeks were still red.

Asahi walked over to Tsuki and placed a hand on her forehead, making her startled as she looked up with a surprised look in her eyes. Asahi had a worried look in his eyes as he tilted his head. "You don't seem to have a fever..." Asahi frowned. "And you barely touched your food... maybe you have a cold? You did stay outside in the snow a bit late. Did you have your window open last night?"
