Secrets of the forest

Chapter One

In a big forest 8 teens appear. All different and similar at the same time. Everyone appears to be waking up.

"Ugh where am I?" Kayla asked herself looking around in confusion. Her eyes squinted and her vision started to focus. She was sitting in a forest where the trees looked larger than buildings and all to be seen were wood and leaves for miles. She got up and began to look around,but before doing so she looked at the tree that her head was lightly resting on and saw a name. She assumed it must be hers. She didn't remember anything that happened. It had to be her name, otherwise who's name would it be? I must have written it, she assumed.
"Hello!! Is anyone there?!" a loud scream appeared?! Kayla then began to hide behind a tree as the unknown person walked towards her.
"Who are you?" This girl asked.
"I am Kayla.? I believe? I just woke up near a tree not too long ago."
About maybe 5 minutes ago I woke up near a tree with the name Paige written on it. I have been looking to see if anyone else was in this forest." Paige replied.
" I'm assuming that everyone's names are written on the trees they were resting on." Kayla said confidently. "
what do you mean— everyone? When I was looking around in my area there was no one." Paige replied confused and suspicious.
"well we can't be the only ones here in this big forest." Kayla sarcastically replied.
They began to stroll around the forest. Then there were six people walking from all different directions and they started to jog towards Kayla and Paige. Kayla immediately began to run towards one of them and asked if they woke up near a tree with a name on it.
A straight blonde hair, blue eyed guy replied with a yes. He then replied my name is Jace.
After that, everyone was confused How did we all get here.
"I'm not sure, me and Kayla walked around after waking up. I don't remember anything and we don't know how we got here." Paige replied.
" I have an idea, let's say things that we remember so we can all get to know each other better." Jace replied.
"why should we trust you, you are being very controlling over us." Kayla said angrily with an attitude.
" Guys let's not fight. We all woke up in this weird forest and there is no coincidence that we all woke up next to a tree so let me just go first.
A girl replied, " hi, my name is Makaela. I have brown eyes, curly brunette hair, and I hate speaking around a lot of people." Makaela said questionably. She had butterflies in her stomach and her cheek's glowed as red as a tomato.
"Uhm, hi my name is Blake, I have hazel eyes, straight ginger hair and I hate screaming?" Blake replied very shyly. "
hey y'all, my name is Denese I have green eyes, curly brown hair, freckles and I HATE snails." Denese stated confidently.
"Hi, my name is Tailor and I know that might seem like a girl's name but it can be a boy's name too. I have light brown eyes, curly brown hair and Yea!" Tailor replied.
"Hii, my name is Kenzie, I have hazel eyes, straight brunette hair and i hate #Nothing!" Kenzie replied cheerfully and full of energy!
  "so as you know my name is Kayla, I have hazel eyes, wavy red hair, freckles and I hate mushrooms and squirrels." Kayla replied rudely."
so I guess I am last. I have gray eyes, straight red hair and I hate loud noises." Paige replied quickly.
As they began to speak about the things they hate and how they relate to being in a forest they heard a noise.
"WHAT WAS THAT OMG #Scared #Alone!" Kenzie replied loudly.
" Sounds like a storm, I know it's bad in forests, what are we gonna do?" Jace replied seriously.
    "Well we could always build a fort out of leaves, twigs, and Vines." Paige said. They all looked at eachother, but decided to listen to Paige.
They began to build a fort. It was a struggle because it was hard to find vines in high trees of the forest! They were nearly done when a big huge cloud appeared over them. They all started to scream.
" We are all going to die!!" Kayla screamed! "No we won't! " Tailor screamed!!
"Let's just finish this so we can get inside!! " Denese yelled.
They just need a few more leaves, but who was going to go get it.
" Uhm, Hey guys I think that's a thunderstorm!!!!" Blake pointed!
" Tailor go get leaves OMG #scarred4life!" Kenzie squealed. Tailor ran to get leaves. That's when thunder was about to hit him and he struck his hand up and screamed NOOO!.
