Staring up at the diplodocus above him, blue couldn't help but feel awe. He gripped onto vearas hand tighter, eyes shifting to ever widening stars. The girl in mention also had the same expression as her partner. Irises the size of saucers. She knew that dinosaurs were cool but now they seemed awesome.
The whole of strawberry group got to go on a trip to the national museum of history and science. The class of 24 was split into 3 separate groups, 8 children in each. Right now group two were gazing at the dinosaur exhibit. The teacher was planning to take them to the wonderlab next.
Indigo skipped around holding her partners hand, a girl named Isabela. The two looked inside the glass casing of a Dodo wondering whether or not the eggs in it were real or not and if the babies were gonna be cute or scary. Speeding past them was dust and his very small partner Jason. The skeleton didn't know where he was being dragged to and was partially ok with it, as it seemed his partner seemed to go to many of the interesting sites. Though the trouble he seemed to cause on the way to each was slightly worrying.
Parents were permitted on the trip, helping out wherever they could. Blues father and veara' mother were two of those guardians. The two were now chatting happily to each other as they watched over the group of 8. They awed at the sight of their children getting along, planning future play dates. Though had to draw their conversation to a close at seeing multiple little Hands and feet trying to scale the plastic model of a triceratops. The teacher sweat dropped, feeling a nervous smile across her lips as she now witnessed two grown adults struggling to grapple three 4 year old children from a dinosaur model.
Sighing they looked down at their watch, pouting as the seconds ticked by slowly. Just another 2 hours and they'll be able to go home and drink, maybe watch strictly or something.
Clapping her hands, the teacher called back all the children to 'huddle up'. The kids on the dinosaur structure energetically slid down skipping and running excitedly away. Though one had kicked blues father in the ankle, blowing a couple raspberries in his pained face -this child happened to be Jason (damn does he move fast). Behind Jason was obviously dust who blankly stared at the pained taller skeleton, seeming to intimidate the older with his lack of emotional response to the situation. You would have expected a child to at least freak out and if not, laugh. A mumbled apology was given before the grey sweater wearing boy went to steal blues partner.
Veara' mother threw her head back, a hearty laugh leaving her glossed lips. She rubbed soothing circles on the older skeletons back as he silently sulked over his unexpected assault. It was hard soothing someone when their problem is hilarious in your eyes, this is what she learned today.
"It's not funny Zenaida."

The wonderlab was oddly calming, the kids seemed to learn something from each practical experiment at the chemistry bar and enjoyed the interactive play. Dust gripped tighter onto his new partners - Veara - hand.
"Dust stop shaking, your worrying me." Called the soft girl. Though he couldn't help it. On their first try on 'the friction slides', the skeleton had nearly free fallen down the carpeted slide; Which probably wouldn't have happened if he wasn't holding onto the shy girls hand, who at the same time was sliding down the more slippery slide.
So now every time the skeleton peered down the sloping apparatus, a flight or- well it was just flight- instinct would take over and he would shake like a crinkly autumn leaf.
A squeeze of his hand notified him that Veara was ready to head down the now somewhat equally slippery contraption.
After the first go the employee at the bottom urged the two to go on the slides that had an equal amount of friction as the two had been highly adamant on holding hands on every slide down (the employee at the top had tried to pry their hands apart... yea it didn't go so well).
