Colors (that's what their called) get their magic from a representative (the other group). Their magic is still strong, but (usually) weaker then the others. They stop aging when they get their magic.
Colors feel a lot of pain on their birthday, the day they got their magic, New Years, and for a hour on a Representatives death-day. To describe the pain: Acid under your skin and fire on your soul. On the death-day though, they just feel the pain of the representative's death. Each year the pain gets worse.
They (like the representatives) are basically immortal, only being able to die at a representative's hands or of the representative that game them magic dies.
