Some say literature can change the world. I believe it can't, but it can change people and people change the world.

Writing's my lifeline, but reading's easier (I'm a procrastinator), so for now, it's mainly short stories and poetry. Writing enables me to get to know the world and myself and to handle it all.

Since I'm Belgian (Flemish), I mostly write in Dutch, but I have a bunch of LGBT+ one-shots, a completed novella about a queer, demiromantic and asexual vampire, and an ongoing novel in English about a gay divorcee. If you write something LGBT+ (and it's not horror/thriller), you can hit me up for a critique exchange.

I am part of the rainbow (she/they, queer and ace, aro-spec) and I celebrate my fellow rainbow people on this profile, so send me a message if you want to (but please don't subject me to small talk because I'm very bad at that)!

I'm also a violinist and a classical music nerd (there are very few non-classical songs I like) and I hardly watch any movies/series/shows, so don't expect that kind of references. I'm a literature and language girl all around (I've a master and teaching degree in Ancient Greek and Latin, and am doing a library degree) and I love history and art and philosophy and science and anything intellectual, so really I'm just a big nerd.
