The next chapter should be about how Blake & Laina' s brother try to escape because her brother said that maybe next year so he can deliver messages of Blake & Laina. And to make it interesting you can make Blake's ex pop up & her trying to get Blake to like her.

One more intersting twist ive thought about is the idea of this "seperate society" that exists inside this complex. These people live their entire lives inside this building and relationships are going to develop no matter how much security is involved. Children will be born if pregnancies arent forcibly terminated. These children would only know the life within the comple and they would be aunaccounted citizens, people who technically never existed, true ghosts that the government could use for any porpose and even if they were caught outside, there would be no record of who they were. Its all very interesting with so much potential.

I love your story so far and your writing style as well. I wanted to share some ideas and suggestions with you. Prehaps he could train for the year becoming the best possible gaurd in order to be chosen to oversee the tests and thinning with the ultimate goal of revealing the truth behind the thinning to the world. Also, it would be intereting to see kellan be offered and accept a job working with the reporter who exposed them last time and getting information from inside the complex. There is the possibility of so many twists that can happen even just inside a lockdown facility with so many people. The girl who slept with the teacher could be pregnant? Laina could become a teacher while working on a plan to stop the tests. Some of the people from the thinning could have actually been higher scored students for the porpose of designing software and working in labs for the company. The "company" could be owned by the government{a grey area of the texas government} who supplies not only the tablets the schools use across the united states but also all the learning software and monitoring software used by the schools and other areas and buiness in the government. The governor could attempt to explain that these steps were needed and this is how he brought down taxes and balanced the budget. They were basically kept in slavery, rather than throw away a useful commodity, he chose to recycle them into jobs that noone wanted where there no need for pay other than routine "scrap" feedings and minimal medical to keep them alive if they were extremely useful. Ultimately, there could be factories like this all over the world with the governors finger in the pie, owning a portion of each one and supplying peolple to work in them as well. Just a few ideas.
