Despite being surrounded by people who loved him, Asriel's mind was spiraling. Mental health in jeopardy, the voice inside his head that told him he was stupid and unlovable kept fighting to beat him senseless. Asriel was doing his best to fight back, but it wasn't going to be easy.

But even worse, his best friend forever was dead and gone. "Chara hated humanity," Asriel told the ambassador of monsters. While the goat-flower child knew that his late sibling came to the Underground for a sad reason, he never knew exactly why. But whatever this sad reason was, it was still a very real and understandable reason as to why Chara would run from home and hate humanity so.

Good timezone, howdy, and hola, friends! It's time to reveal plans for the next two stories in the Origins collection. The third story in Origins will be called "Azzy Wants it That Way", a silly tale about burgers, fries, and boy bands. 
          
          The fourth story in Origins will be darker and a lot more serious. The title of it is "Time," which will be taking a closer look at triggering topics such as depression, mental health struggles, intrusive thoughts, the importance of counseling, and other triggering topics. I'm hoping that this story will raise awareness of mental health pains and the value of good therapy. (There WILL be a trigger warning listed with Time when the time comes to release it). 
          
          "Azzy Wants it that Way" will release on Saturday, February 4th. 
          
          On the other hand, "Time" will release as follows:

          Chapter 1, Scene 2: Saturday, February 11th
          Chapter 2, Scene 1: Wednesday, February 15th

"First Day" is now completed! I hope you all enjoyed reading the character study and origins about Asriel's first few days in his real body again, and I hope you all continue reading. 
          
          The third story in Wholehearted Origins, "Azzy Wants it That Way", will be premiering the week of January 29th-February 5th. Stay tuned for that!

While Asriel wasn't out of the woods and still needed plenty of time to heal, he was happy to finally be in counseling. Most importantly, he believed that he finally found the permanent forgiveness he was looking for. What would come next would be continuing to move forward, and using his own two legs to keep going.
