Pretty thrilled to announce Girls Who Play Guitars came *first* in the brilliant Punk Rock Awards 2023 run by the equally brilliant @PrettyInPunkBC book club!!
This feels like I can finally let that story end and move on from years of anguish over its plot and characters and worrying whether there was too much Aussie slang for people to understand it!!
Anyway, thanks as much to @AmyMarieZ and all the other incredible judges and people who work hard behind the scenes to run these awards, and to all the other winners and entrants of the Rock Fiction category! We all speak the same language that comes from a place of loving music!!
