Here's a little bit of my life journey that no one asked for:
When I was born, I was diagnosed with severe congenital scoliosis and a tethered spinal chord, and my parents were told I would never be able to walk, and would spend my life on a ventilator.
Throughout my life, they never lost faith in God, and he blessed me with miracles that no doctor can understand.
Thanks to those miracles, I breathe, and I walk, and I even ski and do equestrian. Most importantly, I write.
I had around 27 spinal surgeries in the span of 16 years, so my childhood was far from normal. This led to an obsession with fantasy, out of a need for escapism. That escapism led to fanfiction, which then led to my own original work.
If anyone out there has been through anything similar, I'd love to have a chat :)
