Many people are astonished when I always be happy and ask "How can a human be that happy?" Though it's said in a way of thought going through their mind.
          
          Being happy doesn't cost you but sadness or negativity does. 
          
          A smile on your face, a smile on others which is shared upon. Happiness is healthy even after a long day because you are what you own and you own your happiness ❤️

I don't know but a relaxing and stress free day is a blessing. 
          
          If it's too much, it's alright to stop. Take a breather, start again with a fresh mind. You make your own destiny, you make your own life decisions. If anything is being rushed, sit, think, take your time but not beyond the deadline and come to a satisfactory decision, the one you won't regret because you have thought it through!
          
          Just because you have a plan, it won't always go perfect. Have a back-up ready just in case. 
          
          These small things will make you, YOU more than someone else. Loving yourself is a necessity not a want. Spreading love comes naturally.
