The light which burns brightest will cast the deepest shadow. To have one, we must have the other. Which one are you? Which one am I?

I read up on really weird topics in my free time, like  Aztec human sacrifice rituals (I don't recommend doing that. Insomnia may be the result.) and then turn gloomy for hours on end, damning mankind as a cruel and barbaric species.

I loved the Hunger Games and Divergent series, but they both culminated in sucktastic endings. I don't see why those two authors gave us psychologically ravaged, more or less emotionally shell-shocked heroines at the end. Human suffering and popcorn seem to go hand in hand in literature.

I like the concept of dystopian novels, because they have the potential to give us endings which could make us feel really fuzzy and happy inside. Good times and happiness to you all, and if you're going through something hard, here's something a wise friend of mine says, "This too shall pass".
