Parker and Lecilla have German blood. They were also born during the Vietnam War. In Vietnam. They have British accents. Also, Also, Parker is fluent in German.
They were actually born 30 years after the Vietnam War, meaning that they were born in 2005. Add in that they're both 21, and that sets our story in the year 2026. Just a happy little accident, yall.
