Hey People!
This is Riya. I like to read and write and I have been doing this since I was four. Not much has changed. I am trying to be more vocal about opinions I have for the books I read and I feel that this could just be the platform where I can choose to express myself.
I hope to engage in engaging discussions, and get feedback on what I write and grow from there. Lately I had this epiphany, and that too while talking to my friend ..we were kinda stuck and I thought, "I know for a fact that I can't stay at my parent's place forever. This implies I need to find a place that makes me feel more home than I feel here. This is terrifying. Will I ever find a place that makes me feel more home than my parent's place." And a little context for people reading this about me is I am 23 and I have stayed in four different cities in two different countries. With a hope to feel more home, I have been on a mission to find a place where I feel more at peace, and more at home. I have grown tired and I am not kidding. I won't settle until I find such heavenly abode. Do you guys feel like that? Please share if you do.
Also, as I connect with different people, and we grow strong, I feel like you should definitely come up with a moniker for me. I think that is a good way to build a good relationship. I remember most of my friends in a different city call me "Ri". I mean, "Riya" is not too much of syllables or is it? But, I prefer Ri.
Glad to connect, and talk and exchange stories, and notes.
Let the soiree begin!
