Mangaka disgrafico. Scrivo manga a parole sul computer perché non so disegnare, ma poi li mescolo con la letteratura occidentale perché sono cresciuto in Italia.
Il mio nome è Konan come quello del ragazzo del futuro di Miyazaki. Il mio cognome è Sarugari come la traslitterazione in giapponese del più grande scrittore italiano di avventura, ma anche caccia 狩 alla scimmia 猿. 
Racconto storie d'avventura in un mondo forse fantastico o forse reale; storie che vibrano con l'universo e cercano il cuore. Almeno, ci provo.

Non-drawing mangaka. I write manga with words on my computer because I can't draw, but then I mix them with Western literature because I grew up in Italy.
My name is Konan, like Miyazaki's future boy. My family name is Sarugari, like the Japanese transliteration of the name of the greatest Italian adventure writer ever, but it also means monkey 猿 hunt 狩.
I tell adventure stories set in a fantasy world that is actually quite real, stories that flutter with the universe and search for the heart. At least, I try.
