I am me, I resemble no one but myself, the mirror shows nothing but the things I've done, the past I regret, and the memories I create. Those who love my refeclection fail to see the one who stares at it endlessly. I am myself, I am ME, I am unique, and you can love me for who I am, hate what I am becoming, or grow fond of what has yet to arrive.

I walk a straight path that leads me to a place no one ever dares to travel. Follow me, follow my road, follow my trail, follow me to the place I grew up. 

My writing represents a part of me I cannot say to anyone, a part of me that I express, and my heart which DOES beat.

I have never found a better companion than the darkness. It is here where I stand, in my own little bubble. I do not want to be left alone, I dare not walk this earth by myself. It would be nice to stand next to someone, but which hand shall I take? It is the wind that will guide me, it is the sun I need to seek, but it's so blinding, it is so blinding, it is all so blinding...I would rather be blindfolded in the midst of light than stand next to the sun with open arms. 

In this bubble I will stay. Poke the surface, smile at the face that is me, laugh and wave, greet me with your amiable presence. Yet I will stand alone. If I stand with you in the light, would you hold my hand in the dark?
