            I would love to have her join the crew but I think there’s a good reason she’s staying on wano
            
            But I will be doing multiple chapters with them together when they first met and of course some more interesting moments 

So does that mean she is joining the crew in this one

            I would put it slightly lower then gear 4th luffy but it’s less focused on raw power anyway but if he adds haki too it I’d say its about equal
            
            But there’s also something else Ryo can do that will be revealed soon

@Skeondre I like the idea of him having a seal placed on him and Solar sounds cool 

For the element I’d probably go with solar but that’s just one idea, as for being Op I’d either have a seal placed on him that even the oc wouldn’t know about or have someone who’s equally or even stronger than him exist, just to give him a rival to go up against, and fair note I’d make it so that he doesn’t know he’s half dragon at first
