Those of you following my Brettseyride one-shot (or multi-shot, depending on the prompt) book, one thing I want to do is one of those cliche plots where Nolan and Sylvie find out they're related through one of those genealogy sites. I just need to know from you guys which season you would prefer it take place during. Important notes: Brettseyride and Pricegrove would become established during this shot, there will be Kidd bashing, AND Matt moved to Portland to take guardianship of the Dardens though he would certainly like to get them out.
          
          Option A: CF mid-S10 and L&O mid-S21, taking place when Sylvie has her furlough. What better way to use it than to find your brother? I'll play with the timelines a bit, but it would be around when Nolan prosecutes Wheatley.
          Option B: CF late S11 and L&O late S22, taking place while Kelly is off doing the arson conference. For L&O reference, this would take place around 22x17 "Bias," though that episode will play out VERY differently. As in how it plays out will be how I get Matt and Kelly involved.
          
          If you would like a little more info about how each version would play out, I can certainly elaborate more, though I wouldn't want to spoil the entire thing here. I want to save some of my ammo for when I actually write the shot(s)! And of course, should anyone be interested, I can always do the opposite a little later where Nolan comes to Chicago instead of Sylvie going to New York.
