1. Naruto is not a pervert.
Wrong, while it isn't shown in the manga, in Episode 177 of Naruto anime, he ghost-writes an Icha-Icha book and mistakenly sent it the daimyo of Land of Fangs as a peace treaty, the daimyo loves it and ended the war with the Land of Claws.
This proves Naruto's knowledge about perversion is on the same level as Jiraiya or maybe a level or two higher than the Ero-Sennin.
2. Why most of my works are OP Naruto?
Who doesn't love an OP character stomping the whole story? I do love a story from zero to hero ones, but it's different for Naruto.
