          I apologize for not posting for Shadows of Demise yesterday. My entire day was a bit crazy and busy. I've posted the next chapter now and will be working on the next and final part tonight. I will post that immediately when I finish it, which will hopefully be tonight or tomorrow.

Hello, everyone!!
          
          There are only two chapters left in Shadows of Demise. I am hoping to post them on Saturday and Sunday, but we will see. It’s quite a busy week here at work, but I will squeeze in time to write as much as possible to get them both posted this weekend. 
          
          Thank you to everyone who read the trilogy. I’m really sad that it is coming to an end. I played out the final chapters in my head for years now. I can’t believe I’m finally writing them out for the last time. I’m so grateful to be sharing this experience with you. 
          
          I will see you Saturday!!!! 

When is the next update?

Hi everyone!!
          
          The final chapter of A Usurper’s Cause has been posted. It feels bittersweet to be done with another book in this series that I adore so much. 
          
          The next and final book, A Queen’s Sacrifice, will have many changes from the original. I will add an extra part to A Usurper’s Cause with the summary and date of when I will start posting. As of right now, I don’t expect to start posting until July-August. But we will see!! I’m going to get started on writing asap.

          Hoping everyone had a lovely weekend. Popping in to announce that I've officially switched Shadows of Demise to Tuesdays instead of Mondays now!! My Sundays have been a little too crazy for me to squeeze in time to write or edit. Tuesday updates work out better for me.

          As I reach the end of both A Usurper's Cause and Shadows of Demise (about 10 or more chapters left for each), I really want to focus harder to ensure they are amazing. So, I've decided to take this week off from updating and will return next Sunday!! In the meantime, I am here if you have any questions or would like to talk. I feel sad knowing I won't be posting anything new this week, but I think it's for the best, so that I can write my best chapters and take my time going through them :)

          I will be pushing Monday's update of Shadows of Demise to Tuesday. I want to give myself a little more time to make this chapter nice. It is going to be quite exciting!! It's actually a chapter that has a scene that I've been envisioning since before I even finished the second book. So, I need to make it good. 
          
          Have a happy week! I'll see you Tuesday with Shadows of Demise and on Wednesday with A Usurper's Cause. I'm still working on another book cover for that one, too!! :)

          I had to stay three hours after work and I didn't have time to finish tomorrow's chapter of A Usurper's Cause. I will be flexing my hours and leaving work early tomorrow to make up for today. So, I might be able to finish the chapter by tomorrow evening. 
          
          I will do my best to get ahead in chapters this weekend so that this doesn't happen anymore.

Sorry for this late update!!
          
          I have officially changed the times for weekend updates. Shadows of Demise will now update at 12:30pm PST on Saturdays. A Usurper's Cause will now update at 12:30pm on Sundays PST (effective immediately). I feel this will give me a better opportunity to edit in the mornings in case I'm unable to finish the night before. I use my weekends to catch up on many things, including chores and errands, so I tend to be really tired by the time I'm free to write and edit. 
          
          The weekdays updates will still be 8:30am PST. I usually only have energy to write after coming home, so that works out in my favor :)
