Hey! Thanks for putting Winning Villain up on your to read list!

          Also, just realised you're the author of that Villainess novel I read earlier, so do you have any plans for it? Cause the way you write is actually really good, and with a well crafted story you might even 'break it' as they say.

          Do respond, since I've got literally nothing else to read (all other decent works won't be out till friday after all..)

@lil_megu oof, writers block's a bitch, ain't it?

            Y'know, I can't even give y advice, since it's different to each author, and mine happens every once in a while.

            Some can push through with it, like a friend(?) of mine here.

            However there's some that have to gain enlightenment itself to be able to write again once more (or as we call it, when the plot wants us to write again)
            I spent 3 years in writers block, all I learned from it was that it's a cruel and unforgiving hell.

            But still, here's some (specific to me) tips that (may) help.

            1.) Writers block only ever happens because you only think you know your story, not that you truly do. Flesh it out, find your three founders of a story (MOTIVATION, Direction and actions).

            2nd.) Writer's block is mostly in your head, it's a fear that paralyzes the soul itself. For that, you may have some form of trauma against writing, so while it may take time.. like around 3 years like me to be able to write again, you should sort it out if that's the case.

            3rd.) Lower your standards a bit, because we hold ourselves upto 20% more scrutiny than others, lowering ourselves won't do anything but match expectations, which isn't exactly a bad thing.

            4rth.) Relax and have fun, writers block is mostly caused by stress and can make you hate writing fervently enough to quit it momentarily, but there honestly ain't a way to explain the magic world of writing without saying the cheesy, "It's a sky with no limits."

            Tl;dr, Flesh you story out or enlighten yourself, or perhaps just have fun again with stories by not holding them up to too much scrutiny.

            Again, just tips that seemed to help me, it may or may not work for you, plus these aren't exactly one size fits all, so do with that as you will, and happy writing!

Happy to hear you liked the novel! So, I haven’t really planned out any future plot points or story arcs in detail yet, but I definitely want to continue the story. I kind of have a writer’s block so you know how that goes.
