The more I sit down and think about it, the more I realize just how trash My Hero Academia's writing has become. Shit really fell off after the 'My Villian Academia' arc. Personally, I blame the fanbase.

@Noaholly1 The series itself tends to drag on in places that it shouldn't. A quick example is (and this isn't a spoiler) All-might's predicted death via nighteye. For me personally, the war arc is by far the worst. Hirokoshi's refusal to kill of characters is painfully evident in that arc, as well as later ones. There's no way in hell he sat down and thought that we (the audience) would care about or be impacted by Midnight's death. Sure, other fodder heroes died, but not a single UA student? Yeah, I'm not buying that. I could go on and on ranting about how bad My Hero Academia's writing has become, but that would take all day.

That’s kind of how I felt about BNHA as well. After Deku goes through his Vigilante arc, the story pretty much dies for me.
