Look back on your life and say wow, I'm so thankful that I got to be so happy even though I spent almost twice that amount of time in pain when we broke up. Don't be scared of your emotions. They're what hold you back. Let yourself cry over a YouTube video of one of your favorite couples from a TV show. Be happy when life went in your favor today. You are beautiful because nobody else is like you and allow yourself to become such a screaming euphoria of emotion that you attract those around you. Don't hold back, don't suppress, because the things you feel are what make you human, and what makes life real."
