Mauve stared at the text on her phone.

do you want to go on a date with me?
This was the last thing she expected when she got a notification from Jack. Aurora walked into Mauve's room.
"Hey, have you seen my charger I think I lost it" She paused when Mauve looked up at her with wide eyes and her jaw hanging loosely.
"What?" She asks. Mauve's mouth opened and closed like a fish out of water.
"C'mon the anticipation is killing me" Rory whines.
"Jack asked me out on a date" Mauve whispers barely loud enough for Rory to hear it.
"What?!" She excitedly screamed and rushed over to Mauve.
"What did you say?" She questioned. Mauve grimaced.
"I've just been staring at it for like 10 minutes" She admits.
"Well, do you want to go on the date?" Rory asks.
"Of course I do" Mauve says.
"Then say yes!" Rory excitedly yells. Mauve types out the message and sends it. She smiles widely and hugs Rory.
"I'm going on a date" She squeals.
"I'm so proud of how far you've came" Rory whispers. Mauve responds by squeezing her tighter.
