"WHEEE!" Matteo giggled as their little red golf cart thundered down the tunnel.

Steve seemed to be having an opposing opinion to him, "Jesus, slow down" he bumped and jostled next to Robin and Matteo.

They were all shoved in the back of the golf cart/ tuk tuk or whatever it was that Dustin called it. Matteo was sprawled on top of Robin, resting his head on her chest. Everything hurt and with every passing moment, it started to hurt more.

"Yeah" Robin agreed with Steve, "What is this, like, the Indy 500?"

"It's the Indy 300" Steve frowned, playing with the bottom of Matteo's hoodie.

"No dingus!" Robin shoved Matteo off of her, causing him to groan in pain, "It's 500"

"It's 300!" Steve insisted, holding up four fingers.

"Let's just say a million" Matteo crawled up to a sitting position, feeling arms wrapping around him as Steve pulled him closer. He wouldn't have protested even if he could. Happily, he grinned and let Steve pull him into his lap.

"A billion!" Robin proposed and that's all it took for the three of them to burst out laughing.

Life was good, they were in a fast zooming tuk tuk, he was really close to Steve and Robin and everything was so fucking funny. Why were Dustin and Erica looking so serious up in the front of the golf cart? Matteo wanted to tell them to loosen up, but Steve fell back, pulling Matteo onto his chest.

"You're warm" Matteo mumbled when the giggles passed. "Like the sun"

"No doofus" Robin smacked him with a towel she found somewhere, "the sun is like really hot, like... at least more than 3 degrees"

Matteo nodded, it sounded like good logic.

"It's more than 300 degrees," Steve argued.

Matteo wasn't sure why that was so shocking, but he gasped anyway. "Holy shit, really?"

"Mmhmm" Steve nodded, "See, I'm smart"

"So smart"

"What is wrong with them?" Erica asked.

"I don't know!" Dustin looked panicked trying to drive the golf cart, Matteo wanted to recommend some of that drug. It was really fun.

"Dustin watch out!" The ten year old yelled in warning before the tuk tuk crashed into steel barrels, coming to a complete stop. Matteo, Steve and Robin went flying into the metal grate separating the front of the tuk tuk from the back.

Matteo was already in so much pain, what was some more?

"You guys alright back there?" Dustin asked.

"Robin, your hand landed on my no-no place!" Matteo shrieked, "Bad touch, Robin! Bad touch!"

"Yeah, Robin, don't touch his no-no place" Steve frowned.

Dustin and Erica shared a look, "They're fine" he insisted.

The two hopped out and opened the back. But the last thing Matteo wanted to do was move. He was so warm and comfortable there in Steve's arms. Did Dustin really want to ruin that? That was probably homophobic, right? Definitely.

"Come on. We gotta go, now" Dustin urged, none of them moved. Steve just groaned in pain, "Let's go!"

"Come on!" Erica yelled.

Matteo pulled a face, but allowed himself to get dragged out. Every step sent pain curling through him and every person's touch who wasn't Robin or Steve felt weird.
