The light shone through the windows of my aunt's house. However, neither me nor Casper even twisted or turned. I was still in the same position that I fell asleep in. During the night, I noticed that he would often twitch harshly. It was not a bad dream for sure but his body would jolt unexpectedly and wake me up a bit. But, me being me, I fell asleep as quickly as I woke up each time.
As I continued to snore, I heard shuffling and the front door opening. The only thing that could wake me up was a door opening. I would bat my eyes slowly as I tried to sat up. However, Casper's strong grip got tighter on me and held me in place. I whined loudly and began hitting him so he woke up, never to know my little brother was standing right infront of us, watching the scene. ''CASPER LET ME GO NUH-"
I squealed as I pushed him off of me with all my might. He did not get to respond before my little brother started speaking. My head shot up at the sound of his voice.
"Mawning Momo, who dah man deh be?"
Curiosity spread across his face as he observed Casper. I could not read the look on his face, whether it was anger or pure bewilderment.
"How yuh so nosy? And ah wah? yuh feel yah big man, cyah come hug and kiss me up?"
I would smile cheekily as I got up and walked towards him. He would kiss his teeth and chuckle a bit before he opened his arms for a hug. I would hug him. Now, although he was younger than me, the boy was pushing 6''2 and I am only 5''5.
