LOGISTICS
After seeing many of you getting confused over the status words we use beside the account rater name we have decided to write a small logistics section dedicated to it.
If you already know them then you can skip to the Queue section.
There are different words (open, cfcu, close) used after the reviewer's name in the title to define their status or availability to take your order.
Open:
It means those account raters are active and open for new orders. You may place your order with them.
On Hold:
It means those account raters have enough on their plate, they are no longer accepting any orders until the previous ones are done. Note that once they are ready for new requests/orders, their status will change from on hold to open.
Closed:
It means that a particular account rater has resigned or is on an indefinite hiatus. And until or unless their status is changed to open, you can't no longer place an order with them.
