Why is it when your heart breaks
everything hurts?
Your fingers fidget,
hands shake,
feet refuse to move,
complexion turns pale,
shoulders become heavy,
stomach won't accept food,
brain can't think straight,
heart beats slower,
and your whole body aches.
It affects you in its entirety.
Why doesn't it stay
in your heart?
