Day 1: Cut out all juices/sodas/energy drinks and switch to strictly tea and water for better skin, sleep, metabolism, and to kill access sugar cravings

Day 2: Do 50 squats every day before your shower

Day 3: Do a DIY face mask (recipes in the DIY chapter)

Day 4: Paint your toes and nails

Day 5: Make yourself a bomb breakfast (recipes in Eat Right chapter)

Day 6: Clean out your closet. Try on everything; anything that doesn't fit, has holes or isn't something you would buy today give to goodwill. Note any cute outfits for future reference. 

Day 7: Take an Epson salt bath to detox and relax

Day 8: Buy yourself a new highlighter, even a cheap one from places like E.L.F/NYX or something else to treat yourself (lip balm, nail polish, etc.)

Day 9: Take a selfie. Take 10. Take 100. Do your makeup or go natural. Whatever makes you feel more confident!

Day 10: Pick or buy yourself some flowers

Day 11: Do something different with your hair. Part it differently, straighten it, curl it, dye it - whatever makes you feel glammed up

Day 12: Go for a walk outside, breathe in that fresh air

Day 13:  Get your eyebrows done or do them yourself

Day 14: Trim your split ends

Day 15: Try out a new lip colour and/or chapstick - buy one or make it yourself

Day 16: Go through old makeup, hair products, etc. and throw out anything that's unwanted or expired

Day 17: Go to bed early for the beauty sleep

Day 18: Go through social media and your phone contacts to delete/block the toxic people

Day 19: Wear a new perfume/cologne or one you don't normally wear

Day 20: Exfoliate your face with either your favourite scrub or a DIY (recipes in the DIY chapter)

Day 21: Apply coconut oil (to lengthen) and/or castor oil (to volumize) your lashes before bed

Day 22: Buy or make a lip scrub (recipes in the DIY chapter)

Day 23: Buy yourself some cheap, elegant jewelry to remind yourself that you are worth it

Day 24: Stretch properly before you go to bed and after you wake up

Day 25: Make yourself an awesome playlist to jam to when you're feeling down

Day 26: Make a fruit salad and gobble it up

Day 27: Do some yoga

Day 28: Go all-natural today but put extra thought into what you're wearing

Day 29: Buy yourself some new undergarments to feel confident

Day 30: Meditate to clear your head and boost your mood
