Self-Care For Bad Mental Health Days

1. Self-massage

2. Breathing techniques

3. Eat raw food (not meat please!)

4. Unplug by a certain hour

5. Drink a glass of water

6. Cleanse your body/face with a wipe

7. Brush your hair

8. Brush your teeth, or use mouthwash

9. Open your blinds/curtains

The idea is that the more often you practice the self-care ideas on bad mental health days, the more likely you are to achieve higher functioning days. Similarly, the more often you practice the tools on your higher functioning days, the less likely you are to have poor mental health days!
