I woke up with a jerk when a bucket full of cold water hit my face.
"What the...!"I shouted and looked at the person who did this. I looked up to see my older brother Abhi.
"What's wrong with you?!"I shouted cleaning my face
"You weren't waking up. I didn't have any other choice!"Abhi said shrugging his shoulder
"What's the rush?!"I asked getting off my bed
"Mom and dad wants you down. They need to talk to us!"He said
"Alright fine!"I groaned and went into the bathroom. Abhi then left.
After 10 minutes I came out. I wore a light blue t Shirt and black colour jeans. I went down and saw my parents and brother at the dinning table.
"Morning!"I said sitting next to my brother. My parents greeted me and sat down
"So what do you want to talk about?!"Abhi asked curiously
"It's about you beta!"They said looking at my brother. I mentally smirked. I knew where this was gonna go.
"Me?what about me?!"Abhi asked
"Son you know prem uncle nah?!"My dad asked and abhi nodded.
"I don't know him!"I said and laughed. My dad gave me a "are you serious" look
"It was a joke dad!"I surrendered
"Raghav shut it!"My mom whispered
"Haa dad i met him few years ago!"My brother replied eating breakfast
Come on say it dad!Say it!!!
"We decided to get you married to his older daughter aarohi!"My dad said and abhi choked on his food. I burst into fits of laughter. I knew it!!!
"Dad...!"Abhi said
"Come on beta.Were not asking you to say yes. We're going to Delhi tomorrow to see them. Get to know her!"My mom said
"Come on mom I'm still young nah!"He whined. My dad spit the water he was drinking out and I kept laughing
"You're 28 honey!"My mom replied
"Don't need to remind me that!"Abhi said and I kept on laughing
"If you don't stop laughing I will get you married to our maid now!"My dad warned me and I shut it.
"Fine mom. I will meet her!"My brother said giving in.
"Great then get ready for Delhi!!"My mom excitedly exclaimed
Gonna meet my bhabi soon!!!
On the same day at midnight 11:30 pm
We finally arrived at the Singh's house.
My mom literally made us run. She said tomorrow isn't a good day to leave and made us come to Delhi this midnight. Even The singh's don't know we were coming. The cab stopped infront of the singh's house. My dad visited here a couple of times.
We paid the cab driver and headed inside. My dad knocked on the door and my mom stood next to him.
"God I can't wait to meet my daughter -in-law!!"My mom happily exclaimed and my brother out of all blushed
"I still can't believe you brought us here now!"I whined. She slapped my shoulder.
Soon the door was opened and Mr.Singh was infront of us.
