I looked through my drawers for my swimsuit . Phat was coming to get me & Toya anytime now . I don't even know where we going , but I was told to wear a swimsuit . I've gotten closer to him , Kz , & Juvie this past month , my boys fasho . We been doing alotta shit lately .
I grabbed my swimsuit & ran in the bathroom to put it on & put on a long plain back T-shirt over it .
"Lahni , come on ! He outside ! Key on the table . " Toya yelled from the living room .
I slid on my Nike slides & grabbed my phone & charger . I ran out the front door grabbing the key on my way & turning around to lock the door . As I was walking to the car , I noticed Kz wasn't in there . Juvie was the only one in the backseat ...
I pretended to look at something on my phone until I made it to the car . Once I got in , the smell of weed hit me immediately .
"Hey , Phat ." I buckled my seat belt .
"Waddup , luh sis ."
I looked out the window as he drove off .
"Yo , you deadass not gone speak to me ? Na , man . Fuck I do to you ?" Juvie turned towards me . I rolled my eyes & ignored him .
"Mayne , ight . I ain't finna kiss yo ass . Here ."
I turned around , & he was leaning over passing me the blunt he was smoking .
When I reached for it , he snatched it back & mugged me .
"Na , shordy . It don't work like that . How you gone ignore me then got the audacity to try to smoke a nigga shit up ?"

He shook his head but passed it anyways .
