Feel as locked fairy within barbed wire cage, clawing for breath in desperate race, Shall clouds revive mine stale space? emotions battling infinite war against chemical waste, trites scowling over walls meant to be safe, tearing away another story from page, steering mind towards eternal rage, heart skipping upon rhythm race, Where am I to go, if & once a truer escape? cold on linoleum & anxiously wait, a soupçon that pills should take; push horrors out through skin & down shower floor drain, yet, another tiresome frame of head case; until next paralyzing embrace, mine can all but await, where once more a strangling envelopes head then face, stalking beneath feet if & when happiness shows trace - I hold lungs tight anticipating entrails monstrous roommate.
