I like it. A lot. If I had to compare it with Primarina x Incineroar, though, that would be a bit harder, but these two are still pretty unique on their own. (For all of the junk that came out of Sun and Moon, the starters were something that I legitimately enjoyed~)
I personally think Decidueye is one of the coolest Pokemon ever designed, and I think you'd be half-lying to yourself if you said that you didn't at least somewhat like him (/her). The whole crossbow and owl-theme is really cool to me, and I'm still a bit lost as to if I would label Decidueye as a boy (meaning Yaoi, as Incineroar is definitely a male for me) or girl in this relationship.
They would be cool bros (friends), I think, or maybe just a gay relationship in general. But I also don't think it's too hard to see Decidueye as a female—so straight, too? I don't really know, but after exploring some Fanart and a bit of the community behind this, I can say with confidence that I am totally onboard with this pairing!
(Now, considering most of you just came for the Fanart anyway, here's my quick rating to get this over with: 8.4/10)
