"What's more painful than love?" The boy asked his mother. "The separation from the said love." "What's more powerful than love?" Asked the girl to her mother. "Waiting for the said love." ••••••••• Two love stories hung at the sword point of an impending war, and two heirs who seek nothing but the company of their lovers and peace from this war, were trapped in the midst of it. Kamal and Sarthak are two best friends who love each other, just as two best friends would. Some say that the best way to avoid love is to become friends. Sunaina and Ujjawal are a different story, where emotions are shown in two starkly different ways. Others say that the best way to avoid love is to become enemies. But whether they will be able to prevent themselves from falling in love, or the incoming war remains to be seen. ••••••••• "You waited for Father because it's the hardest thing to do, no?" "No son, I did it because it was the easiest thing to do. Waiting is far, far easier than letting go of those you love." -------- Based on Prompt #14, this is my first ever entry for ONC. This one owes all its credit to God who made it happen. Rated Mature for strong language and some triggering scenes. I hope you all like it, as this prompt really touched my heart and I strongly believe that waiting is the ultimate test of love. Please Read, Vote, Comment and Share it. Constrictive criticism is most welcome.
