"We not working for dude nomo" I said slamming the house door
"Why?! That's some good money!" Tione said in response
"And his friend is feeling meee! I finally get some dick man it's been a minute!" He faked cried
"He only put us down there with them niggas cause we not right in the head" I mumbled taking my shoes off
"Did he say that Brent? Or is that what you took it as?"
"Does it matter?!" I spat
"Yes the fuck it does! Don't do this to yourself again, what he say?"

"Well the only way I'm quitting is if he said some outta pocket to you" he said slumping next to me
"He said in lonely not by choice he doesn't know why yet but that's why he introduced me to his friends and brought you in so I won't be lonely on the job"
Tione looked at me before smiling and smacked my shoulder
"So you got mad he wanted you to have friends, Lordy lord he got his work cut out for him."

"I know and that's why-" we stopped hearing a knock at the door
I look at Tione and he looked at me and I grabbed a gun from under the couch, we don't have visitors so who knocking at our door?
Another knock happened with nobody yelling our names or anything
I looked back at Tione and he nodded and I swung the door open aiming the gun at whoever
"Oh so you get down like that?"
I sighed putting the gun down
"What do you want sheyaa?" I asked handing the gun to Tione
"I came to apologize, I didn't mean to make you feel like I thought you wasn't capable of working with the niggas upstairs. If that's what you wan-"

"You even got him willing to put you back with the nehoes" he laughed at his own joke
"Sorry boss but he ain't going to work with them niggas he's totally fine with me!" Tione spats behind me
He looks at me for a anwser and I just shut the door on him
I can hear him sigh from the other side and walked off

I sighed opening the door back up because I know I was
