I frowned as we pulled up to Tione house I actually had a good time with shey tonight. I even accepted the damn phone he bought me not like I had a choice
"Don't look like that you see me everyday" he said softly rubbing my hand with his thumb
And he ain't made it no better doing that frown got even deeper
"Ima walk you to the door" he said and I smiled making him smile
"Damn you thought I wasn't even gone walk you to the door?" He said letting go of my hand making me frown again as he got out
He came over to my side opening the door as I took my seatbelt off and got out
"I enjoyed our lil pre-date even tho we ain't do none" he said as we walked to the door making me laugh
"Nigga said pre-date. I enjoyed it to shey thank you seriously you ain't have to buy that suit and this phone"
"I wanted to tho stop thinking of it as a favor it's a gift you don't owe me nothing in return" he said reading my mind already
We stopped at the door and I frowned again even the walk was short
"Ima see you tomorrow stop frowning" he chuckled
"But that's hours from tonight and you gotta leave and ima be by myself-"
He cut me off by pecking my lips twice surprising me, oh his lips is soft as hell
"That's why I got you that phone-"
I tuned him out looking at his lips licking over mines
"Brent!" He said making me look at his whole face again
"Yea?!" I said cause I didn't hear a word
"Ima see you tomorrow aight?" He said smiling
"Okay" I said as Tione swung the door open
"Let that man go home Brent!" He spats at me
"I am!" I said back turning back to look at shey
He chuckled as he walked off and I walked into the house slowly I even looked out the window to watch him pull off.
"He got yo ass" Tione said laughing
"Shut the hell up!" I spat at him
"Don't be mad cause you feeling yo boss like I said you would. He's fine so issa win win" he said reminding me of shey
"You know he knows Frank" I said sliding down the couch
"Nigga fix yourself. Wait he knows Frank?! Is Frank gone be there?! Oh my god this is bad" he said starting to panic
"So Frank or Taurus? Let me guess yo ass gone go back to Frank no money having ass instead of million dollar Taurus?" I said turning the phone on
"This nigga got you a thousand dollar phone?!" He said sitting next to me
"And a million dollar suit with shoes to match" I mumbled
"Oh Brent that nigga must be in love with you and you ain't even lay it on him yet" he said exzamining the phone
"He said you told Frank about me" I said and he looked up at me
"Of course I tell everybody about you! I even told polo and he already knew you" he said laughing
"You're my best friend Brent I love you" he said hugging me
I raised my eyebrow because we never did this shit before so he must really mean it. We be at each other's throat so much.
"I love you too Tione" I smiled wrapping my hand around him
After a minute we started to snap back
"Aight this gay" I said
"As fuck" he agreed as we unwrapped our hands around each other and laughed
"Ion know what ima do if Frank comes down here he gone kill poor ol polo"
"Maybe tell polo bout Frank and polo look like he'll catch a body himself" I said
"Yea ion know bout that, he's so quiet"
"It be the quiet ones, sheyaa was gone kill this man for taking my measurements"
"Yea that man loves you. Everytime his ass look at you his eyes sparkle a lil." Tione pointed out making me smile
"Is that a smile?! Not you liking him back! After that whole 'ion do boyfriends nomo' I knew you were lying"
"He's cool mad annoying tho" I replied rolling my eyes
"Stop lyinggg you're feeling that man I seen how you look at him outside. At first you looked at him with anger and disgust and now you look at em all dreamy and shit" he said
"Damn! I can't do shit in secret!" I spat pushing him
"He make you happy, I never seen you smile for real Brent" Tione said smiling at me eyes getting watery
"Tione I know yo ass ain't tearing up nigga?" I said as he wiped his eyes
"No nigga an eyelash fell in my shit! Here I was setting up your phone and sheyaa already texted you." He said handing me the phone before standing up
"Thank you Tione a nigga appreciate it for real" I said looking up at him
"Yea Nigga you know I got you!" He said walking to his room
I looked at the text and chuckled

I rolled my eyes knowing all he tryna say was he missed me
