You were texting your siblings when you burst out laughing and Draco looks over
"What's so funny?" He asks and you try and calm down which was hard
"Lily is learning in history of magic about the battle of Hogwarts and all that, and about our dad and all that stuff, every year we get asked questions about our dad and we basically start teaching the class from all the misinformation." You say and Draco nods as he starts cringing thinking about that time of his life
"Ok so what's so funny?" Draco asks and you look at the text again and wanted to burst out laughing
"She asked us how did people ever go and follow some bald ass noseless guy with obvious mommy issues, who was defeated by a baby and that same baby defeated him 17 years later and he was fighting by a kid who was visually impaired and failed." You say and Draco nods
"Because people were stupid," Draco says and you nod
"Well obviously if they trusted a guy who lost his nose to a baby in the biggest game of I got your nose in history obviously they are kinda dumb." You say and Draco looks at your phone and sees the text messages "Wait a second weren't your family death eaters?" You ask and Draco nods
"Yes, we were," Draco says and you nod
"So why did you trust a guy without a nose?" You ask and Draco shrugs
"I was a stupid teenager, just following what my parents wanted for me, and well he was terrifying," Draco says and you looked confused
"How? A one-year-old killed him." You say and Draco nods
"Yes, but he was still terrifying," Draco says and you nod
"Can't really see it, like from the memories we've seen of him from my dad, we find him more like someone who hated themselves so much, he decided I'll murder everyone like me." You say and Draco thought it was cute you thought Voldemort was a joke, maybe now years later he can see how he was a joke
'Y/n is so cute, like if I had her mindset when I was 16 probably would have done a lot of things different in my life and probably wouldn't regret so much.'
