We were all sitting together as the rain continued to pour onto our heads.

Cheong-san had told us that if we wanted to leave the roof and try to get somewhere better than here, we'd have to do it now, since the rain and thunder would distract the zombies.

"If we manage to reach the mountain, we can make it all the way to Yangdong" On-jo told us.

I looked at Su-hyeok and saw him shiver.

Feeling bad for leaving him in the rain without his jacket, I went over to him.

I took off his jacket, still having my own, black one on underneath it.

"Here." I said, holding it out to him, as he had done before.

"I told you to keep it" He whispered, looking down at me, glaring playfully.

"Yeah. And now I'm telling you to put it back on. Everyone can see, that you're freezing"

He sighed, shaking his head.

I rolled my eyes and placed the jacket in his hand.

Then I walked back to On-jo, sitting down on the cold, wet floor beside her.

Thankfully, he put it on, while my own jacket that I had on, was also starting to get soaked.

The others were still talking.

"But, isn't this suicide?" Wu-jin asked, biting his lip.

"I'm not going. I'm scared" Hyo-ryeong announced.

"What are we gonna do if the zombies catch us?"

"If we're careful, they won't catch us" I told her.

"Also it's not like anyone is going to save us if we stay here" Cheong-san added.

"We're the only ones who can save ourselves."

Joon-yeong sighed, nodding a bit.

He wasn't wearing his glasses anymore.

As another thunder rumbled through the night, Cheong-san walked in front of us.

Now everyone was looking at him directly.

"Let's go" He said as lightning struck.

"If anything goes wrong, I'll scream and lead the zombies away"

"That way none of you will get hurt, okay?"

On-jo looked at him worriedly.

"But-" She started whispering.

Cheong-san shook his head at her.

"Let's just do this" Cheong-san said.

"Don't say that" Su-hyeok walked towards Cheong-san, shaking his head.

"We're all gonna make it"

Cheong-san just stared at him.

"If anyone has to die tonight, it'll be me"

I stood up from my seat next to On-jo, also disliking the idea.

I could see from her look, that she too thought the same.

"No" I told him.

"No one's gonna die. No one has to die tonight. You won't die tonight"

He frowned at me.

As he wanted to say something in return, Nam-ra spoke up:

"Because of the rain, all the scents came to me at once, they got mixed up."
