"Del gone be here any minute, when he get here Ima send him up." My momma peeped in my room

"Ok" I said looking back at the TV that was playing The Simpsons

"You ok? You usually would run and get in the shower and straighten up. Now you just sitting in bed eating ice cream, with a big ass bonnet on" she said

I laughed. "Ma I got in the shower earlier and my room not dirty. What you tryna say?" I asked

"I'm saying you could've gotten out the shower 30 mins ago and then you find out Del coming you would get right back in, and same for your room it could be spotless and you'd still try to fix it" she shrugged walking out

I shrugged going back to the TV.

A knock suddenly was heard.

"Open it" I yelled

Del came in with a wing stop bag closing the door behind him

He pulled my Vanity chair closer to the bed and sat down

"Hmm" he handed me the bag

"Thanks" I said sitting up getting ready to fuck these wings up

I love me some wings.

I felt him lift my shirt up and rub my stomach.

"Heyy mama" he said talking to my stomach

I smiled

Not really paying attention to their conversation after I continued to eat.

"Aye" he spoke like 30 minutes later

"Hmm?"

"What?" I looked around

"I wanna talk but ion know what to say, I feel like that Prank was too much and I should've never let JJ ass convince me to do it, but ion see why you don't wanna b wit me"

"It's not that I don't wanna be with you it's just I need time to myself, not because of your little dumb ass prank but because for a while I been feeling a lil lost" I said

"It don't make sense to me" he said

"What doesn't?" I mugged

"Yea I get it, you need time to learn your self or heal yourself whatever, but why are you just now saying this? I feel like that's not why you don't wanna be with me, yo ass probably already been looking for a way out that prank just gave it to you" he said

"What? Are you serious, DelVonte?" I sat up

"Dead serious." He shrugged

"You childish. I would've been broke up with you if I ain't wanna be with you. Yo damaged ass mind that wanna think everything but the right thing, 'how can I help her feel better so we can start working on ourselves and build a family?' , 'how can I better myself so when she ready we can both put in 100% so we can work.', like you was just preaching being mature and acting like a man but now I see that's all it was an Act. Get out my house." I told him opening my room door

He smacked his lips.

"Lil ass boy." I said watching him walk down the stairs
