Hinata sat by Naruto's bed something she had been doing for 3 days now as she refused to leave his side as she sat there she took note of his Appearance his breathing was slow his skin was pale to pale for her liking and his normal bright blond hair was now a dull yellow grey color another thing she didn't like she could only hope it wasn't a sign that he was getting worse ever since Sakura had said he may need surgery she had been keeping a close eye on Naruto of course he children also helped her watch him they came to see him everyday both hoping he would get better soon not to mention the crowd still outside the hospital waiting for any news on there beloved hokage hinata was great full that so many people cared about Naruto as Hinata sat there she kept playing Scenarios of what could happen to Naruto in her mind so far the ones she had done where not good snapping out of her thoughts she turned to look at the tv they had the trial for the man who nearly hit the girls and hit Naruto on live so everyone in konoha could see she had no doubt that everyone hoped he would be found guilty the trial had been going for a few days now and today they would find out if he was found guilty

Court room nobody's pov

All rise for the honorable judge asuma
Order in the court says asuma jury are you ready asks asuma yes your honor says the jury bring in the accused says asuma then two police officers bring in a man who is handcuffed and set him down has the jury come to a Decision asks asuma yes your honor says the head jury member he then hands asum A piece of paper with there decision on it asuma then reads the paper out loud we the jury have found the defendant guilty of all charges for the charge of drinking and driving you will be serving 5-10 years for 2 charges of a negligence and nearly hitting those girl you will serve 60-70 years and for nearly killing our beloved hokage who if you don't know stepped in and pushed those girl out of the way so they didn't get hit you will serve 1 life sentence all of this without the possibility of Parole how ever the life sentence is subjected to change if the hokage doesn't pull through officers take this man to jail court is Adjourned says asuma outside everywhere in konoha people where cheering for the man who had nearly killed there beloved hokage had finally been brought to justice

At the hospital  nobody's pov

Hinata was happy the man who had nearly killed Naruto had been brought to justice she look over at Naruto and said Honey the man who nearly hit the girls and did this to you had been sentenced today he won't every be out of jail she hoped for some reaction from him but nothing happend she hoped he would wake up soon but so far he wasn't so showing any signs of waking up I wonder if the children know about the hearing says hinata to herself hi mom hi mommy the speaking of the children says hinata hello says hinata mama is papa doing any better asks himawari sadly no I don't think he is when did he get so pale asks Boruto you noticed it to Boruto asks hinata yes says Boruto good here I was thinking I was the only one who noticed I think I will tell Sakura when she comes back to check on him says hinata dad please get better we are worried about you says Boruto papa please wake we miss you says Himawari who is on the verge of tears come here sweetheart says hinata ok mommy says himawari Hinata then pulls himawari into a hug I'm worried about daddy says himawari crying I know you are sweetie but it won't do you any good to worry you need to remain positive your daddy wouldn't want you to be sad says hinata ok mommy dad you have himawari really worried and mom to and maybe me just a little but anyway please wake up or at least show us a sign that your alive besides the heart monitor beeping says Boruto mom is he alive or is it just the machine making him look alive asks Boruto I don't know says Hinata she then goes silent and begins thinking about what Boruto said was Naruto even alive or was it the machines that made it seem he was alive she snapped out of thoughts by the sound of the door opening and in came Sakura hello Sakura says Hinata hello hinata says Sakura she then goes and checks Naruto Sakura is it me or is he really pale says Hinata Sakura then takes one look at Naruto and doesn't like what she is seeing he is rather pale I don't like this at all says sakura I want to run some tests on him to check his brain says Sakura ok says Hinata Sakura then leaves to go get some equipment Honey please show us a sign that you alive says Hinata but Naruto doesn't respond children I need to use the bathroom please stay here with your father says Hinata ok mama says Himawari ok says Boruto dad please show us a sign something anything begs Boruto please papa says Himawari who is holding Naruto's hand  then all of a sudden Naruto's hand begins to twitch then shake dad says Boruto then Naruto's hold body begins sharing uncontrollably daddy yells himawari who is scared out of her mind luckily shizune hapoend to be outside the room and rushed in when she herd screaming what's going on in here kids asks a worried shizune he just started shaking really bad says Boruto who is hugging his crying sister shizune immediately looks at Naruto who has now stopped shaking she looks at the heart monitor and to her horror she sees his heart rate has gone down and is really low luckily Sakura then walks in followed by Hinata what happend in here asks Sakura aunty Sakura dad just started shaking really bad says Boruto Sakura his heart rate has dropped says shizune Sakura then makes her way over and looks at the heart monitor then she looks at Naruto I don't like this first we need to be this heart rate up then we need to take him to get a MRI done on his Brain says Sakura children come here says Hinata ok mom says Boruto come himawari says Boruto then the three of them go to the waiting room let Sakuras request they sit there and wait for what seems like an Eternity then finally Sakura comes out but she is now where if surgery scrubs Sakura what's going on you look like your going to preform a surgery says Hinata well I am says Sakura what do mean asks Hinata we did some tests and found that the swelling on his brain hasn't gone down so and that is most likely what caused the shaking so we are going to go in and see if we can aid in his brain recovering says sakura how long will that take  Hinata  it can take anywhere from 3 -5 hours says Sakura I recommend you go to the hyuga compound for a while I will call you personally when surgery is done ok says Sakura ok says Hinata come on kids let's go says Hinata ok mom says Boruto ok says Himawari
