Fred has trichophilia. Not trichotillomania. Trichophilia is a paraphilia in which one is sexually aroused, or extremely fond of hair. This may involve touching hair, shaving hair, cutting hair, hair in certain places, etc. Trichotillomania is an OCD and anxiety disorder in which one must pull out their own hair in order to feel relief. It is heavily misconstrued that Fred has the latter.
