You had been sitting on the couch mindlessly watching tv as you felt the familiar tingling sensation in your stomach
You didn't know what but something had triggered your anxiety, which led you to overthink your day, going step by step to see what had started it
Was it that Jack hadn't texted you all day or was it your mom telling you she had to talk to you later or your best friend saying she needed space from you or was it work had become too toxic
You just sat there in your own world filled with anxiety, you were soon pulled out when your boyfriend of 3 years Jack walked up to you and grabbed your hand, he slowly ran his thumb against the back of your hand
"Babe, y/n what's wrong love" Jack whispered "I don't know what's wrong with me lately. I feel so anxious all the time." You whispered back
"What do you need me to do" he comforted knowing you were going through one of your anxiety days "I need y-you to hold me, Please," you said softly Jack immediately took you into his warm embrace
"I got you baby don't worry" he lightly kissed your head then travelled to your nose
