Sab's POV
Nakatitig ako sa picture namin ni Russell na nasa picture frame habang kinakain ang pinadala niyang lunch ko dito sa dorm. I'm glad he sent me food because I have no energy to leave. Magpapa-deliver pa nga sana ako pero naunahan niya na ako.
Hindi ako nakapasok sa morning classes ko dahil hindi ako nakatulog ng maayos kagabi. Nagising nga lang ako nang may kumatok sa pintuan at iniabot itong bigay ng ex ko.
"Ex..." I muttered bitterly.
Talaga bang kaya kong makipaghiwalay kay Russell dahil sa nangyari? I hate that he kissed Agatha but I hate myself more for still missing him despite of what happened.
"Buwiset ka kasi..." Pagirap ko sa picture niya bago inubos ang pagkain. Then I took a quick shower and went out for my afternoon classes.
Kakalabas ko pa lang ng building ko nang makasalubong ko si Ron. He smiled when he saw me.
"Hey Sab..." Ngumiti ako ngunit halata sigurong malungkot ako kaya natigilan siya. "Are you okay?"
"Oo naman. Bakit ka nga pala nandito? Wala kang klase?" tanong ko na lang upang hindi niya ako interview-hin. Wala ako sa mood ikwento ang problema ko.
"Meron. Naiwan ko nga 'yung assignment ko kaya babalikan ko lang saglit." He laughed.
Napaisip tuloy ako bigla. Ron's a nice person and maybe if I had only chosen him, I wouldn't be heartbroken right now.
I shook my head and got rid of those thoughts. I chose Russell because he is the man that I love. Even if Ron is a better choice, I wouldn't be completely happy with him.
"Is everything alright? You seemed troubled..." Ron mumbled. "Is Russell giving you a headache lately?"
Hindi ako sumagot dahil ang bigat talaga ng dibdib kong aminin na may problema nga kami ni Russ ngayon.
"Sab..." Nagulat ako nang bigla niyang hawakan ang kamay ko. "You can tell me anything. I'm willing to listen."
I wanted to cry again remembering Russell's betrayal yesterday. Ang sakit pa rin talaga tuwing naaalala kong niloloko niya ako.
"I knew there's a reason why you're avoiding me." Napatingin ako sa gilid ko nang may magsalitang pamilyar na boses. I was startled to see Russell standing just a few feet away from us. He's staring at something so I followed his intense gaze. Doon ko lang napagtantong magkahawak pa rin kami ng kamay ni Ron.
I immediately pulled my hand away and faced Russell.
