My dad was a drunk and I guess I can see why she wanted to leave

I'm still gonna miss him a lot..he was the best dad ever...when he was sober

I looked out the airplane window listening to the music in my headphones

My mom was asleep next to me

Her curly hair was tied into a low ponytail

She was always so beautiful

I love her so much

I slowly felt myself dozing off

After a while my mom was shaking me

"Princess we're here" she smiled
I rubbed my eyes and got up to grab our shit

Once we got off the plane I was ready to just die

We started walking to the exit

We got a taxi to our new apartment

Then there was a knock at my door

"AY PRINCESS PLEASE GET THAT" my mom thought it was better if we stuck to English because of a few bad encounters

I opened the door slowly

There was a lady and a boy about my age

"Hey we live next door and wanted to just say welcome " she smiled handing me a plant

"PRINCESS LET THEM IN"
I awkwardly stepped out the way and the mom made her way in
The boy was just staring at me
He looked so awkward

"H-hey" he said
"Hey.."
"MILES COME ON"
Then he started going in
The lady talked to my mom for a bit and I went to my room

I heard her talking to the boy
I guess his name was miles

"Ay sorry my daughter is such a weirdo sometimes.."
"You're so sweet mami" I rolled my eyes walking to the fridge to grab some water since jet lag is a bitch

The mom smiled and the boy was awkward
She whispered something into his ear

I just went back into my room

I laid down on my bed

I didn't even feel like changing

I wiped my forehead with my arm

I soon heard the door close

And my mom opened my door

"Princess...he was cuteee"she teased

"I guess" I mumbled

"..I know you miss him baby...you'll see him soon"
"I guess" I whispered

I turned my music up

And closed my eyes

I heard my mom going to sleep

I got up and grabbed my secret backpack, a beanie, my jacket, and my skateboard

I looked into my mirror making sure my beanie didn't make my curls look weird

I put my headphones on and put on my white and grey Jordan 1s

They're loose so the shoelaces done needa be tied

I snuck out of my house easily

I started walking with my backpack lazily draped on my shoulder

Mom gave me a key I was good

I had my sweater on with my hood up

I walked into a random alley and opened my backpack and put in some gloves

I grabbed spray paint and drew whatever came to mind

Once I was finished I walked out the alley

I bumped into someone
It was a bald dude
He was big as fuck

"Sorry.."
"Y/n?" I saw miles peek over the guys shoulder
"Ohhhh miles this is the girl you were talking about" he laughed and miles looked away embarrassed
"You should come with us..it would be safer"
I saw miles looking at me
Like begging idk

I couldn't tell if he wanted me to go or not

But I was bored so
"Sure" I mumbled
The man smiled at me
"Then let's get going"
