Twinkle, twinkle, little star,
How I wonder what you are,
Up above the world so high,
Like a diamond in the sky.
I first saw you as a child
Growing up a little wild.
Resting in your arms, I cried,
And you were my spirit guide.
There so peaceful, little star,
Far away is where you are.
Let me feel your presence nigh,
Shine my way and then go by.
Twinkle, twinkle, little star,
Take me to your trails afar,
Light my path up in the sky,
Now it is my time to fly.
