IT'Sbeen two weeks already since the discussion we had in our clubroom. Grabe! two weeks na pala yun? These past two weeks hasbeen as busy as hell for our club, and in a couple of days itsalready time for the grand event that we prepared for. Ito na angpinakapinaghahandaan namin. Ito na ang mission na pinaka-inaabangannamin. Nakakakaba pero at the same time, nakaka-excite din dahil, itona siguro ang pinakamalaking mission sa kasaysayan ng Holmes Academy.Ito na rin ang first major case ko as a member of the club.

I think, nasa 20minutes na mula nang naupo ako dito sa Poirotea Cafe ng aming campus.I ordered a slice of my favorite chocolate cake and also a cupof Chrysanthemumtea.

I was so occupied,naka-focus ang utak ko sa case at the same time ang napaka-sakit saulo na Algebra.

"ProfessorMinakata?!" Napatayo ako sa gulat nang makita siya. Natawa nalang siya sa reaction ko.

"It seems likeyou've seen a ghost?" bungad niya sa akin. "Anyways, Chysathemumtea is very delicious. Wonderful choice. That tea is sometimescalled mums or chrysanths. They are flowering plants of the genusChrysanthemum in the family Asteraceae." Nice trivia from ourprofessor but, I already know all about it because I am the type ofperson that research first before eating or taking it.

"And also,Professor. Chrysanthemum has been used for hundreds of years inChinese medicine. People use it to treat respiratory problems, highblood pressure, and also hyperthyroidism. Fans of the flower also sayit can reduce inflammation and calm your nerves. And some scientistshave started to research the medicinal benefits of chrysanthemums.Because of their popularity in alternative practices, they found outthat some chemicals extracted from chrysanthemum flowers can reduceinflammation. And they found out that chrysanthemum extract couldhelp treat bone disorders like osteoporosis. So, this tea is reallyhealthy for our body." I explained. Wow, I sounded like a geniuswith that trivia that I provided. Nakita ko ang panlalaki nang mgamata. Didn't see that coming, did you?

"You are reallya very intelligent kid Dave. I am looking forward for more from you."she said. Wow ah? No pressure, besh!

"Let's just sitdown and have a little chit-chat habang, ine-enjoy ang masasarapnilang delicacies," sabi ni Professor Minakata. Then she ordereda slice of a cheesecake and also a cup of chrysanthemum tea. Thenwe started talking and talking for hours.

-

SOBRANGnag-enjoy ako sa naging usapan namin ni Professor Minakata but, playtime's over at kailangan ko nang pumunta sa HQ para magfocuskasong ireresolba namin.

Grabe! Nagmamadali akong tumakbo papuntangclub room. Wala na akong pakialam pa kung may mabangga man ako o walabasta go takbo lang.

In fact, para akongnaligo sa sarili kong pawis. Yari! Mangangamoy na ako ito, eh!

"Anong nangyarisa'yo? You look like you've joined a marathon? You're all sweaty andyou also look so exhausted," sabi ni Tetsuya na unang bumungadsa'kin pagkapasok ko ng club room.

I looked at him inthe eye and I can see his usual unpredictable look in his eyes nakahit kailan ay napakahirap basahin. Its like there is no emotions init.

Where on earth arethose people?
