The exam is almost like the male exam. The females get their milk bags exam to see if they can produce milk. Just in case their owners would like to breed them some day.
We usually do the milk bag testing last, because they have to be awake for the testing. We wake them up after they are completely secure. I think it might be painful, not for sure .
Even if they are not capable of producing milk, we do tell the owners about it. All the females are above the age of 20, do we know for sure. No we don't, but we have been at this for years now.
We take the female and we lock her sleeping head down. Facing the floor, it doesn't hurt them. We take a long rod maybe like a curtain rod. We use 4 of them, 2 on each side.
To hold the female up, then we lock their hands and feet down. Were they not hurt themselves. Next to last, we lock their waist down. So they will be still for the next hour.
Then we get your suction animals out.
We don't feed them for 24 hours.
