Endeavor approached us all as I hid behind Todoroki. Hoping that maybe he would have mercy on his son "Wait, that doesn't work at all! He'll rip through his son!?"
I quickly stood up standing infront of Todoroki as he hid his body behind mine. Leaning out from my leg as he stares at his father. I however look at the cops next to him
"Humans are so small?"
"You all have a court date tomorrow evening. First you will be taken to the hospital, as for the Nomu. He is being arrested and has the right to remain silent." Endeavor spoke in a frightening tone of seriousness, no anger, no annoyance, just pure business
"Welp guess it's about time to run awa-" I turn around to see Midoriya, arms out like he wanted a hug. I could only stare at him as I processed what he wanted
"Nomu! Face your consequences, and trust the system. I promise everything will turn out fine!" Jesus this kid and his lungs? Did he really have to start crying. Ugh
"Please do as he sa-"
"CAWWW!" I cut him off as he stares at me. I shrug my shoulders before presenting my hands to the police officers next to Endeavor. They snap some cuffs onto me as I chuckle
*Snap*
I break the cuffs.
"Um those are supposed to suppress quirks" the blonde officer says as I let out a grin
"Don't got any strength quirks. I'm just built lol" I think to myself before winking to the blonde. She slaps another pair of cuffs on me as I step Into the police car.
"Man this sucks... I could just break out of here, but then everyone would just think bad about me again." I sigh before laying down, tired from today's events and the fact I have to sit through a biased court tomorrow aswell
"I'll just sleep on it"
Like that I close my eyes as I begin drift off to sleep. The buzz of the car and comfyness of the seat soothing me to slumber
*Timeskip 3rd pov*
The cops made it to the police station, all they had to do was take the Nomu into a cell and wait until the court tomorrow.
One slight issue
"How the hell is he not awake yet!"
The Nomu was laying in the backseat. Snoring and in the somehow comfy in the most awkward position. All the while the rookie blonde cop was trying to drag him out of the car.
"It's my first day! What the hell!" The blonde shouted as her older black haired senior looked on, thinking to herself.
"The one time we actually need Allmight and he doesn't show up. Ugh whatever, just do a search the best you can."
The blonde sighs as she frisks Y/n finding several strange things. A phone, a couple red and black feathers, and... candy?
"Should I take the candy?"
"Sure, could be drugs"
And so everything the Nomu owned got taken away for evidence. Now they only had one issue left to deal with.
"So.... what about clothes?"
"We could give him a prisoner outfit or run to goodwill" the senior officer said as she pulls out a large prisoner suit
"No I mean how are we going to get him dressed?" The blonde says getting out of the car while fixing her hair
"..."
"..."
"It'll be finnnneeeee"
The two walk out of the garage before turning out the lights. Letting the Nomu sleep before going to court
*Timeskip Y/n pov*
So they got the Nomu into the court, except they were still asleep standing up
"The next time you make me and my partner deal with any of this shit. I'm calling a strength quirk hero and taking a paid vacation" is all the senior said before walking out with her partner
Soon Midoriya, Todoroki, and Ilda joined me in court. I of course still pretended to be sleeping as Midoriya poked me trying to wake me up.
"I smell peppermint" I shook myself awake before looking around. Staring at a dog as the judge on the stand.
"Sherlock bones"
Basically Endeavor would take credit for capturing Stain and the kids got punished for defending themselves and innocents. It was all a lot of bull that I was getting pissed at. "So their getting in trouble for defending people and themselves"
"Ok. Say Izuku what was that about trusting the system?" I thought as I stared at Izuku, he felt my judgement as he chuckled nervously while rubbing the back of his head
"As for the Nomu"
"Awwwww shit"
"30 years" The dog barked as I once again stare and look at Izuku. He could only look away from my judging glare
"And before you even start! Several murders have been linked to him and not to mention the robbery, raid, assault, public indecency-"
"Peppermint!"
"Breaking and entering, destruction of personal property, and the highest degree of vandalism! Do you want me to add kidnapping Shoto Todoroki?"
"Might aswell"
"PEPPERMINT!"
"You could be serving life! However I got you down to 30 years of-"
"That's still long, I can't leave my little Peppermint all alone like that, or my bird bro, or Midoriya! I made a promise to the lady who drew turkeys with me!" I stand up before breaking the cuffs with a simple snap.
"Alright! Time to go on the run"
"-a new type of house arrest"
"Wait what?" Is all I can think before I feel a metal device latch onto my neck
