Author's POV
It's been nearly 3 weeks of Ranvijay leaving for Italy and 3 weeks of Rumaisa missing him at every point of time.
Not like only she is missing him . On the other side of the world Ranvijay's condition is also same .
But in the case of Rumaisa , she was missing him more because the time she spent with him , she got emotionally attached with him and physically habitual of his presence near her .
She had formed a habit of meeting him near the lake always and she can't get rid of it .
After his departure also she always visits the lake and talks with him via call .
And this was another day in her life of missing him . She just got free from her back to back Surgeries.
After changing her Scrubs to her usual Salwar Kameez , she walked towards the cafeteria.
While going she met with her buddies , Yusef and Sirisha . The trio walked to the cafeteria and occupied a table away from the crowd after placing and getting their orders .
"Shadi kab kar rahi hai ?" Sirisha asked her while sipping her Coffee.
( When are you getting married ? )
In response Rumaisa shrugged her shoulder and muttered"Pata Nahin ." while taking a bite of her cutlet .
( Don't know )
Sirisha asked Yusef "Tu Shaadi Kab Kar raha hai ?"
( When are you going to get married ? )
In response he also shrugged and answered"Next Year probably by May or June"
Sirisha whined and said "Yaar Jaldi Jaldi karo na . Tum dono abhi bhi unmarried ho aur main ." to which the duo chuckled .
( Friend, hurry up. You both are still unmarried and I. )
Yes Sirisha is married . She was engaged when she was doing her PG and got married later after completing her studies.
"Ab tak tu unmarried girl h ai aur yahan main married women . Haye Rabba" Sirisha spoke while pointing towards Rumaisa .
( Till now you are an unmarried girl and here I am a married woman. )
Rumaisa stated the matter of fact "Umar mein tu mujhse Badi hai"
( You are older than me. )
"Haan toh kya ho gaya . Bacche mujhe shadi se pehle didi bulate hai aur abhi Aunty bulate hai. Main Kis angle se Aunty dikhti hoon" Sirisha sulked .
( Yes, so what happened? Before marriage, children called me didi and now they call me aunty. From which angle do I look like an aunty? )
Yusef teased her by saying "Har angle se"
( From every angle )
In return she glared him and threw a tissue paper ball on him while hissing "Kamine Chup kar"
( Shut Up Bastard )
Their banter came to halt when Myra , the junior doctor who dislikes Rumaisa came to her and greeted her with an overly sick smile "Hello Ma'am"
Rumaisa leaned on her chair and comfortably sat then asked her "Kuch kaam hai ?" without any emotions .
